Payment terms

All orders must be confirmed by payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit which will be used to offset the cost of final delivery.

Items will be dispatched in accordance with the agreed timeline and after receipt of full payment for that component. 

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos, Direct Deposit and cheque.  Cheque dishonour fees will be passed back to the client.

Please note that orders will not be deemed as confirmed until funds have cleared.

If paying by credit card a 1.5% levy will be applied.

If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit please advise your Designer who will provide you with bank account details.
